The film shows Neve Sha’anan, a neighborhood located between the ancient city of Jaffa and the wealthier north Tel Aviv. It has a unique character of transition, emphasized by the location of the Central Bus Station at its center. It is home to migrant workers and asylum seekers from African countries, who reside in a liminal state. It is a vibrant, diverse neighborhood rich in culture that the migrants bring to this neighborhood.
